The Institute for Learning
The Institute for Learning (IfL) is the professional body for teachers, trainers and assessors across further education (FE) , including adult and community learning, emergency and public services, FE colleges, the armed services, the voluntary sector and work-based learning.
All of IfL's work is driven by a commitment to promote, value and develop the professionalism of members. A key priority is to support individual teachers' and trainers' learning so that they can maintain their high professional status and have long-term continuing professional development (CPD) interests as career teachers.
