| Description | A sessional ESOL tutor required for a major retailer in Milton Keynes. The role will involve literacy tutoring, followed by numeracy training. Both will be delivered at Entry Level, but may involve some overlap into Level 1. Most students will have some English competence, and the courses will be delivered over a 10 - 12 week period. | ||||||||
| Personal Specifications | We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering WBL, on site or in college. The successful candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification. This post requires a standard CRB.This post would suit someone with flexibility in their current tutoring schedule. Competence in delivering literacy training is essential; we will give additional support in delivering numeracy, if necessary. | ||||||||
| Pay, Conditions and hours of work | We pay £25 per hour, and dependant on proximity to the site, may pay some travel expenses. All lesson plans and resources are provided, and paperwork is minimal. The hours are to be negotiated with this prestigious client, but will be 2 hours a week, initially, though this may increase. | ||||||||
