| Description | We are a work based training provider delivering employability training to unemployed learners. We are looking for teachers to deliver ASDAN Employability Awards to groups of learners principally at Entry 3 and Level 1. Delivery will commence in Ealing but may roll out to our other centres in West London so a willingness to travel will be an advantage. This position would suit a qualified Employability Teacher who has experience and success in delivering ASDAN or City and Guilds Employability Awards. An immediate start is offered. | ||||||||||
| Personal Specifications | Qualified to deliver ASDAN Employability Awards under SFA funding streams A track record of successful delivery of these Awards Able to deliver relevant training and assess candidates work Empathy with unemployed client group A commitment to Equality of Opportunity Good team worker Experience in assessing candidate portfolio work Capable of working independently Methodical approach to paperwork and experience of goal setting for learners and reviewing learners progress | ||||||||||
