| Personal Specifications | Essential Criteria: • Knowledge and Understanding of Literacy and Numeracy standards • Recent & relevant teaching experience • Excellent communication and time management skills • Understanding of internal verification, moderation, quality assurance Essential Qualifications: • Working towards or have achieved a teaching qualification DTLLS Cert Ed PGCE • Working towards or have achieved a Level 4 or 5 Subject Specialism in either Adult Literacy or Numeracy | ||||||||||
