| Personal Specifications | You should have an extensive experience in teaching adults in mainstream and community settings (at least 3 years experience). You should also have the knowledge and the experience of delivering literacy courses from entry 1 to level 1. You should hold PGCE in literacy level 6 or equivalent. You should have an extensive knowledge and experience in Functional Skills and SfL accreditation. | ||||||||
| Pay, Conditions and hours of work | 12.5 hours per week £28,800 pro rata | ||||||||
