The Learning team offer a dynamic, responsive and flexible service that works to ensure the widest range of opportunities for all young people with a focus for those who need it most. The service delivery is about raising aspirations, achieving ambition and better integration/access of services for 16-25 year olds pan London.
You will be part of the Learning Team providing a high quality, effective and responsive service for all 16-25 year olds in Centrepoint acrossLondon.
You will be part of a learning team providing a high quality, dynamic, peripatetic and responsive Functional skills service across London. You will be responsible for delivering English and Maths Entry Level, Level 1 & Level 2 in young people’s accommodation services in small groups and in 1:1 creatively, energetically with a willingness to communicate your ideas to the wider team. You will have achieved or be working towards your DTLLS, PGCE, or Cert. Ed.

Terms of appointment
The post of Functional Skills Tutor is offered on a 3 year fixed term basis.
Salary
The salary for the role is £22,667 per annum.
Hours of work
As a full time worker, you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to work outside these hours from time to time.
