| Description | We are looking to recruit a Curriculum Manager at our Willesden Centre who will support the Head of School and the team, by co-ordinating and developing various aspects of the ESOL curriculum. You will be a qualified and experienced ESOL teacher with experience of curriculum planning and development together with proven administrative/management skills. You need to be a task driven, proactive, innovative manager, have excellent communication, organisation and people skills, and be willing to take on the new challenges required to take this area to excellence. | ||||||||||
| Personal Specifications | A relevant degree or level qualification A generic teaching qualification A Certificate for ESOL Subject Specialists Experience/Knowledge Recent, relevant ESOL and literacy teaching experience of both under and over 19s across a range of levels. Knowledge and understanding of recent curriculum and accreditation developments. Experience of working as a member of a team and with people of diverse backgrounds. Experience of course design and curriculum development. Experience of organising and delivering staff training. Knowledge and understanding of the educational and pastoral needs of ESOL students. | ||||||||||
| Pay, Conditions and hours of work | £36,438 per annum inclusive | ||||||||||
