| Description |
The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop Numeracy provision to achieve the key objective of raising the standard of teaching and learning in Numeracy across the college. Acting as a learning support lead manager for Numeracy, you will work closely with vocational teams to develop embedded Schemes of Work and integrated learning plans.

| Personal Specifications |
You will be holding a relevant degree and/or a Cert Ed/PGCE and a level 4 certificate in adult Numeracy or a willingness to achieve a certificate in adult Numeracy within the next 2 years. You will have had recent, relevant experience of teaching in Numeracy, as well as knowledge and understanding of current curriculum and accreditation developments. Experience of developing staff, as well using ICT to develop Numeracy courses is desirable.
