You will develop, deliver and assess a range of key skills for students who have a wide variety of abilities, skills and academic backgrounds, as well as provide students with additional learning support as appropriate. Experience of delivering at least two or more of the following areas is essential: IT, application of number, communication,problem solving, working with others and improving own learning and performance.
Personal Specifications You will have good administrative and analytical skills, be proactive in maintaining full and accurate records and contribute actively to the process of continuous quality improvement. You must be able to motivate students, have good interpersonal skills and work well within a team, inspiring studentsto achieve their goals. You will ideally have substantial teaching experience preferably in FE, and will be committed to delivering effective and innovative teaching. You will have a relevant degree or equivalent and will have a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to commence teacher training immediately to achieve full Qualified Teacher Status by 2006.You will plan, develop and deliver a range of new and existing courses to meet the needs of our diverse student group. Through your innovative and engaging teaching you will enable students to achieve and surpass their goals.
Pay, Conditions and hours of work Salary: 18286 - 31060 per annum Part-time applications for this post are welcome, please state clearly what fraction you wish to be considered for.
