The Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology is looking to make contact with interested parties to work on a project enabling the museum to facilitate and provide resources for ESOL learners and teachers.

The museum holds objects from the daily life of ancient Egyptians from 5,000 years ago to the medieval Islamic period. Putting a resource and / or teaching session around daily life objects and making comparisons with past and present could fit into the ESOL curriculum. We are keen to work with ESOL practitioners in order to make sure that we deliver a resource suitable for ESOL learners' needs.

The Petrie Museum is located on UCL Campus in Bloomsbury, London, in the Borough of Camden. If any body is interested in working with us on this project, please contact Debbie Challis, the Adult Learning Officer (d.challis@ucl.ac.uk).
