It's back to Diplomas and skills for Policy Watch this week. On Diplomas, some important Reports have recently come out evaluating progress and attitudes to Diplomas. Policy Watch summarises in the attached document.

Om skills, the Conservatives have recently issued a 'damning' Report spelling out where they believe Labour is going wrong with its skills policy; summary attached.
