Have your say! Put your questions to the Home Office.
The Home Office recently announced changes to the English language requirements for settlement and citizenship.
All applicants will be required to pass a Speaking & Listening exam at Entry 3 as well as pass the Life in the UK test. Click on the link below for more further details. Next week, NIACE is hosting a policy briefing with the Home Office and over 80 ESOL specialists will be able to put questions and comments to the Home Office representative in person. Join us! If you send your comments and questions on the impact the proposed changes will have on ESOL learners and ESOL provision, NIACE will display your questions and put them to the Home Office. Please send questions and comments to celestine.harris@niace.org.uk before Monday 24 September.
